Cliff's objective is to keep the negative pressure on, until the price of FNTN falls back to his target buy price.

He's no fool. He clearly sees and understand the potential of FNTN.

Once Cliff has purchased all the shares desired, the negativity will vanish. He will then become a silent owner.

The question you should be asking Cliff is, what's his target buy price?

(Same game we have seen many times before, "nothing new under the sun.")
