Well Greg, being that you have 0 experience in Intranet then it couldn't hurt to search for 'Intranet' in yahoo. An intranet can be trivial or non-trivial. Just depends on what the persons are trying to accomplish. It seems the FNTN is going to attempt Video. As Michael Shepphard was quoted saying, "We are a phone company". "We will resell phone services". Now if they are a bonafide phone company then they should have CLEC status. I searched the CLEC directory and didn't find any Financial Intranet or Financial Telecom listed. Can FNTN prove that they are "a phone company"? This is intersting..
