Small tech stocks are not cheap at all.

1) The small cap stocks do not have products which had the potential to dominate the
market.

2) Some of those small tech stocks are losing money and did not see the light of turning around soon.

3 ) CSCO is in the business of building the worldwide network for
tomoorrow's communication, and which is a business of 400 billions dollars worldwide, the potential of growth is unlimited.

4) Those small cap stocks did not show consistence of profit and growth , while
CSCO did, and will continue for the years to come, and the market for its products is far from saturation.

Thinking about these, you will see that CSCO is not over valued, while those small
caps are over valued , even at their current price. When you buy stocks, you want to
buy the winners, not the losers, even the PE is low.The PE did not show you the whole story.
