actually authorized is 50 million.... 15 million preferred has to be something else that is already available or out on the market or restricted.... maybe this is how the shorts are thinking they will get out of this??? are these preferred shares converible at a certain price at a certain time?? and the shorts keep shorting to keep the price down until then?? until they become unrestricted? anyone know if this could be true....it could explain why the shorts keep getting in deeper, because they know they have an escape route.. samir
