PC, As the fella from the AEI said in Barron's this week, "if the Fed lowers rates, it does nothing to help foreign economies. It just means that Micron will build another DRAM fab building chips nobody wants to buy." Love that kind of talk. <G>

Fleck is way too pessimistic. We are BARELY down for the year. This is a weenie of a bear market, not the crisis that takes down the system. At least so far.
