What a day!
I go to the can, read some headlines, come out and the Dow moves up 100.
Maybe I'll try that again if we are down.

JK...

Perhaps the cash raised from the sale could go to cover investments in other parts of the business (ie. Copper process, Silicon-On-Insulator, etc.) or a prudent move to purchase back more stock at the current levels, or possibly a move to raise more cash for a co. buy ??

Just some thoughts.....I wonder if, over the long run, LG's plans in buying back shares will be seen by "the market" as a new, good way to improve the business, especially long term ?? He is quite a shrewd, intelligent business person (something up his sleeve or way ahead of his time ?). Lord knows....he's operated in some ways different from the rest of the industry since he took the helm...and look where the company is NOW !!! Goooo Bluuuuuue !
