All I can say is that this is only going to work because of Nutstoo... but because of him I feel pretty darn confident. He's tied himself to this company now and he can't just walk away, so basically that gives him both the motivation and the means to see this through to the end. We don't even need to coordinate a group of investors and trust them to all call their certs or anything like that -- which I'm convinced is doomed to fail because you have too many people with conflicting interests and time frames -- all we need is this single person to act and we all win. Actually he doesn't even get his major payoff until TGSK is on one of the big boards and singing along happily since is shares are pretty tightly restricted. Obviously he really believes in the company and expects to make a lot of money over the longer term.
