Rocco, what does it take to hype this stock once more? I have a number of friends who would like to get in now if you could assure us that you and Byron could get your hype machine working again..... maybe you could make a fast buck too....? dr vee, let us all guess that 'number'. my guess - zero.

Letter From Roger Templeton, Digitcom VP This is a letter I received from Mr. Templeton a few days ago (8/25). I have PM'd it to many of you but have decided to now post it publicly. Don't believe anything DrVee says. Dear Dan, I check the SI thread from time to time and was shocked at a couple of this "DrVee"'s posts some time ago, and was particularly bothered by last week's posts regarding a fictitious second offering. I confirmed with everyone here that this person has NEVER spoken with anyone on the management team at Digitcom, especially not to Mr. Chin. I, too, wondered at what action might be taken to set right his (and a couple of other poster's) outright falsehoods, out of concern that our shareholders and others could be misled by his seemingly concerted mis-information campaign. I was gratified to see how nearly all on the Thread countered him and exposed him for the charlatan he seems to be. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. On your prompting, I have written to SI--for the first time, as it happens--to find out what their proceedure is for correcting material mis-representations on their Threads. I'll follow up with them regarding "DrVee" and other such mis-information as it comes to my attention. Best regards, Roger Templeton Digitcom Corporation
