Don: despite the fact that the futures are up big, Dell (for example) is down 1 from yesterday's NY close in Frankfurt when the NDX futures are up 3000. Additionally, the talking heads on the tube are talking about "arbitrage" as the reason why the futures look strong, but aren't. Thoughts?

The currencies seem to have more staying power than the futures.

I figure a top ~1 PM today with close ~-100 DJIA.
