I don't know anything about this co. Can you fill me in? What relationship will NUOA have with it? Does NUOA have the capability to manage still another venture when they're hardly making money in the present one?

Where is the PR? It takes a long time to sugarcoat bad news!!! Fred is smart alright... at paying his bills at our expense. He said he would not execute a reverse stock split. He told us the truth. He's going to give half the company away instead for a note that FXWA will never be able to repay. Wait till the auditors get a hold of this next year. What will the writedown be? Sorry you have lost out on this deal, so have I.
