i bet a lot of people make money in a bull market (tendency to buy calls) and a lot of people lose money in a bear or downtrending environment. EVERYONE loses buying options in a flat market ;-)

Larry, Haven't been trading MU or others lately. Needed a well deserved vacation. Market looks destroyed...can still smell the napalm. Actually I am surprised at how well MU has held up compared to the rest of the techs. I called for a drop to 26 and I guess it got overdone just a little more. I think it will take some rebuilding for all techs before MU can start moving back up...well Kurlak got his wish of SOXX at 200. Actually he is probably surprised it hit 200 and went even lower by about 9 or 10 points. The MU bears were right this time but as usual were right for all the wrong reasons...but as long as you are right that is all that matters...I guess. My core holdings got destroyed, but there is not much I can do about it now.<nfg> MU goes up today to maybe as high as 23-24, but don't know if it will hold. Good Luck Trading DavidG
