Zolt! I'm listening to excerpts of Clintons' speech to Moscow University students, lecturing them about paying their "fair share" of taxes. Unbelievable....Gee, I thought the purpose of his visit was to encourage democratic reform and free markets. Didn't he tell Japan they needed to cut tax rates? BTW, he sounds like he's either got the worst case of jet lag or he's half soused. Maybe Bill & Boris been having a little Stoli and a fat cigar.....<g> bp
