This is exactly why I don't like to play for the short term. Emotional, short term investor-type man just got hammered this morning. Sell this, buy that, sell that, and buy this back is the best description of what I've been screwing up this a.m.

I should've just sat on my hands, and turned the computer off.

Fortunately, I've had some short term gains over the last couple of days that have made up (mostly) for the losses.
