Gregg and All.Events that may help shape the price of QUALCOMM's stock price along with the fed could be the spin off scheduled 9-15-98 and PCS 98 9-22-98.PCS 98 should be attended by 30,000 people.No doubt this will be QUALCOMM's opportunity to announce new product offerings such as the release of the dual mode second generation Q Phone.

Gregg, do your FY99 earnings expectations for the Q depend at all upon an Asian recovery during that period?

I for one don't expect any. With the conceivable exception of Korea towards the end of the period. But probably not, given Japan and the depth of the problems.
