Tom looks like you may have convinced 600 shares to be sold today.

Mr. Frederick,

<<Mr. Pearson's comments about "don't fear the reaper" in my opinion
reflect a bottom line belief that the PM's are there and for those
willing to hang in, the reward just might come after all. But, the key
will be the time frame. Because NO one can say at this point, how long
our new journey of discovery will take.

Spot on! Tom. And if Naxos keeps to its job description there may be
other techniques and other properties to pursue.

Regarding the Brian Russell situation it's good to remember that he
is focused on the specific technology represented by J/L, to my
understanding. I'm not sure if his evaluation of Franklin Lake ore
extends beyond the interests of J/L. Somebody help me out here. Is Mr.
Russell evaluating our ore independently of the J/L process? And what
is Mintek's involvement? I seem to recall a report they were preparing.
But nothing since.

Tom,

I'M IN !!! I have waited this long and went into NXR with an all or nothing attitude. This was either going to make me but never break me. However, my investing philosophy has changed a little with our recent developments. I will now take one day at a time and see what goes or doesn't. Would I sell some shares on a hype? YOU BET !! But certainly not all of my holdings. As you stated in your post it all depends on what you believe to be true. I believe there is PM's at FL. The problem is, is it feasible to get them out.

Rick
