Steve: If they know they are on a winning streak, they should if necessary borrow money and buy back 30-40% of the stock. Once that was completed , the revenue and earnings will really get the remaining stock moving.

In brief why not take advantage of the lows the way Boeing has planned. Perhaps some one closer to CB should push this idea.
