Realistically, for any group of shareholders to attempt to takeover the defunct company, the core group will have to be within easy driving distance of a leader or leaders who are willing to work on this. We can support them online, but it will take a group of people willing to bear the majority of the work to get it off the ground.(Maybe Moneybaggs will volunteer to be a focal point) It will take people with some time and talent who want to try to rescue this for all of us. Otherwise we are all going to sit here and watch our worthless shares grow old. From what I can read here, suing is not an option because there is no money to get through the suit. Criminal action evidently takes the involvement of a jurisdiction willing to do it. Is the SEC going to do anything on this?
