DiB, it is undeniably a rally. The question is whether it is a sustainable rally or not. The fact is that volume was heavy on the way down and has been light on the way up. A lot of the price fluctuations in CSCO today are due to NDX buying/selling. CSCO is going up and down with the market. I am still of the opinion that this is a bull trap. Just FYI, I have no position in CSCO now, but would like to establish a long position. My personal risk tolerance will not allow me to buy at these levels in this market environment. Barb
