I heard on the radio just a minute ago that "bottom fishing" and "bargain hunting" was pushing the rebound today A sucker is born every minute... The other day CNBC interviewed a few of these gutsy wonders. One guy said he had emptied his piggy bank on Friday, and was scrounging for cash to buy more stocks on Monday. I guess some people think that Wall Street is kind of Wal Mart that sells stocks rather than stockings, hence if a stock gets marked down, it must be on sale this week. PTB P.S. I fully expect the Dow to re-test its October '97 low (~7000). Should the test fail, the bull will be pronounced dead...
