I don't think the fact that you got a bad machine is going to wreck Dell the company. Every product ever made has a few lemons get through. Extrapolating from one isolated example is at best foolish.
If Ford or Boeing was getting a significant percentage of DOA machines we would hear about it and then I might worry. If Dell hasn't fixed your problem(s) in short order then you can complain about service.

Exactly how can we extrapolate one user's problems with future earnings growth....unless you were the only customer ! I also sense, as others have expressed, that you have ulterior motives in your statements.
