When Coolbreeze called Jeffrey about week ago, we were not on the the list he had of registered shareholders. So it sounds like we have to have certs. The question is: is it too late? Jeffrey claimed only 7 mil were not held by insiders. And they were going to buy another 3 mil. Some of which might have been bought last week. So the board has over 40 mil. I have no how people on the board are going to vote, except Papa who told me he wants the buyout offer. I am going to call the TA again today.
