no news other than the financing is still under way and of course the price is dropping that it will be done at. These prices could be a deal - but then ITG has held that believe all along - only they can never seem to get any deal or contracts ratified very quickly and so the stock keeps getting hammered.

did you smell that - the private placement was for .60 originally - never seemed to close - despite the glowing reviews of all interested - then it dropped to .40 - guess you could see that in the stock - so lo + behold - guess what the price is now ?? Do I hear .20 PP !!! Dilution is word that ringing very loud and clear in my ears ! How in the world do they propose to finance this puppy now and does a big NY investment group back $.10 US mining/penny stocks ?? What a mess - the gang that couldn't shoot straight!
