That is great news, now you know something is going on. They are suppose to say they have no knowledge, but to flat out deny a buyout is like telling you their is a buyout.

fwiw they are discussing a stock selling for @.06 whose last profitable quarter was in 92 and last profitable year 91. The net operating loss has been declining but was still a loss of .08 last year. It's book value at the end of 97 was negative .16 and they believe it will be bought at 1.25. They do however have a new Y2K product being released.
