There is no need to talk Chapter anything but I think you mean Chapter 11, not Chapter 7. Aura didn't spin these guys off in order to drag them into bankruptcy court and spend a ton of money on attorneys.

Thanks.

Whipsaw, old friend, you've got to try harder to get your facts straight.

It's Fourth Communications, not "Third Level". Aura cannot sell any NWCM stock right now, its restricted - and why would they sell at these levels anyway? And a quickie reference to bankruptcy law will tell you that the reason you take bankruptcy is because your debts exceed your assets, and your cash flow cannot service the debt. Check the latest 10k (as I recommended in my last posting) and you will see current assets of $90 million plus and debts of around $24 million - not hardly bankruptcy zone, especially when most of the debt is owed to Harry at Aura (is he going to foreclose on a Company where he owns 3/4 of the shares?). And with $35 million in receivables flowing money to the company on a regular basis - cash flow ain't a problem. The problem is the damn stock price, thanks to Dreyfus selling, a lousy market, margin calls, and the fact that management is only just waking up to the value of press releases.

And who the hell are the Spice Girls? Is Diane Wills one of them?
