According to the 10Q, the 3M shares were authorized and issued and registered! The shares may be sold starting in the middle of Sept.

The sellers/holders; I assume, will try to take profit ASAP!!

I am just thrilled that the MoMO is out of this stock right now and those elephants will not be able to unload the shares with happy faces!!

It doesn't make any difference. Junglee must have had the sense to know that AMZN was valued way too high at the time of the deal. In any case, the deal was down for a fixed number of shares, not the value of the shares at the time of the agreement - so if the stock price goes down the paper value of the deal goes down accordingly (it was an exorbitant paper value at $120/share).
