Jack:

I am typing this post from DELL INSPIRON 3200. I got the machine in good working order days before the promised delivery date. I called DELL asking the technician as to how to switch the diskette drive from its bay to CD ROM. The technician was most cooperative. On top that, the price was cheaper for the same system from other companies. I also bought a DELL desk top computer with no problems.
Somebody else was complaining of broken parts. Could it possible that the computer was dropped on a hard rock way away from Round Rock Texas? Even DELL computer breaks or does not work, if you drop it, dunk it in fluids, hammer it, or if a cow or a big bear sits on it.
