[ QSNDF ] Hi Scott, See anything out there that is priced at 6 times 1999 earnings? QSound is projected to earn $0.32 in '99 by one of the more "mainstream" analysts. In-house/private research from other sources have equivalent, if not higher, earnings expectations for the year. As for the price movement, I would expect a more significant and sustainable upward move once the price breaks out of that declining channel--now with an upper price boundary of 2.56. Until then, a date for the $4.00 target would be hard to pin down. Regards, Rainier
