It's good that ORCL dropped below $20. The major Mutual Funds, who dumped ORCL at $20-$23 9 months ago, finally got a chance to buy back. They will soon change their attitude and begin to support this stock. Without their support, ORCL can go nowhere. It's the MMs who determine the stock prices, not the earnings, fundamentals, prospects....
The earlier the price falls below $20, the sooner it will go back to $30s.

if you are looking to build cash...start picking up some DJX puts.

i know what you mean about 19. its just too low. if memory serves, ORCL is trading at a discount to the enterprise SW sector.
