Hi Jerry,

Actually, SIII out performed the Dow today. Up 6% vs. 3.6% for the Dow.

Insiders can buy stock anytime provided they have not sold stock in the previous six months. They can't tell their buddies about potential stock moving information and they have to file their trades with the SEC. After they buy, they can't sell their stock in the following six months. Those are the only restrictions on insider buying or selling.

Outside parties privy to inside information are not allowed to trade on the information at all. The penalty is three times the profit, or three times the loss avoided if they get caught.

PS: Does anyone have a link handy that shows block trades? Inter day looks like there might have been some activity in that area. Quite a few spikes in the 50K range.
