Tim, I guess that your past experience and the experience of most investors have told you what you should do or have done. How many times have you almost kicked yourself for waiting for the absolute bottom and thus later having to buy back at a much higher price? It has happened so commonly, especially for quality companies like LU, DELL, CSCO, and MSFT. And of course, it is more likely to be a laugh in 12 months because at that time, lots of people probably already forget that actually LU is at 70-75 at the end of August, 1998. good luck, larry!
