Diana, I agree with you: If anything RATL was overvalued at $18 and $17. But now down 1/3 it looks quite cheap to me again.

I do not have spare cash to deploy in RATL now. If I had, I would be adding a little as I think their business outlook is basically unchanged from 2 months or so ago (last conf call).
