Tom, I think this stock has lost all its credibility with the small investor who I think mainly supported this stock. I don't trust the management to do anything positive and I see no market maker playing it because of very low liquidity. Would you want to take on a big position where 2,000 shares are traded a day? I'd have to see some major changes before I'd think about putting money in this crap shoot and given the bargains that are about in good stocks at present there is even less chance people will buy in for a known loser.
