AmeriNet Files Cross-Complaint Against Jones Naughton
Entertainment

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1998--AmeriNet Financial Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ANFS - news)
announced that it has filed a multi-million-dollar cross-complaint against Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc.

The AmeriNet action was taken on behalf of the company and certain of its officers, directors and shareholders in response to a
lawsuit filed last month in California Superior Court in San Bernardino.

AmeriNet's answer denies all the allegations of the original complaint as without merit, and the cross-complaint seeks damages
for, among other claims, misconduct and misrepresentation.

Martin,

I believe the very smallest BB stocks that don't meet the NASDEX requirements to list fully can be non-reporting. They don't have to file the quarterly and yearly reports. I for the life of me don't know why ANY public traded company can be non-reporting. I'm not an expert but I know alot of investers won't even touch a company that doesn't report.
