I am planning on reshorting sctr at 28. I keep covering and shorting and its working pretty well. Resistance is in fact at 28 or just a little above all the way to 30 and it is strong. The market rally today is normal on historical perspectives. But historically, the months that followed such a precipitious drop found many companies which WERE leading in fact dropped and kept dropping to never return to stardom. examples include iomega, presstek, and many others.

lhsg still looks like a good short here. So does pixr, which is not really rallying and may well never recover since it is valued at >50 times sales.

Just saw a chart of lcos (my only short loser because I covered too early) and it appears to be a head and shoulder top with neckline around 26. I already got burnt on it once, but may try it again.

good luck

It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
