It would have been nice to recover the 3 points, but at least it was a strong finish at about the day's high. Hopefully, today's action will continue tomorrow.

I was mildly surprised as well John. It did kick up at the end to finish up $ 1 1/2. The heightened volatility we have witnessed in the market will likely continue and we probably will continue to see 200-300 point swings intraday. The volatility turns this into a traders market, meaning the attention will be on high beta stocks. Less attention will be on CBS. Therefore, I think we will see a much less dramatic march upward for CBS. I'm going to prepare to buy on dips. We likely will see CBS at 25 again on the intra-day lows. I don't think the DJIA will close lower than Monday's intra-day lows, unless an external event occurs that we do not foresee right now. Bottom line: The bigger intraday jumps will inure to stocks like CSCO, WCOM, DELL and other high profile tech stocks. I expect CBS will be steadier but less exciting for the next several weeks.
