I do. I think the bear gods were satisfied. The power brokers made their $$, and it's OK for the average investors / managers to try to recover.

Hope you're wrong, but despite (and recognizing) my generally optimistic bent and its limitations, believe you are probably right. However I do not think we shall see at any more 1-day disasters like yesterday this time around, and expect there will be at least a few solid stocks and the occasional sector that will do ok over the next few weeks. An alternate scenario, which I would REALLY like to see, would have the small-caps turning around first, fueled by all that cash people have been pulling out lately. I don't think there is any recent historical precedent for that kind of cycling, though. (Someone who has been around the markets a while and really studied them please correct me if I'm wrong about that). #B~}>
