How can you say the A/D Line looks good?

For a day that is up 3-5% across the board, advancers should out number Decliners at least 2 to 1.
Up volume is good, but DELL, CSCO and MSFT and WCOM account for over 10% of the volume and over 17% of the up volume.

The market had a nice day, but from an internal Technical point, it left a lot to be desired.

NH vs NL ratio only tells you if the market is high or low relative to where it has been over the last 52 weeks. needless to say, we are closer to the bottom of that than the top. I don't think it is a good Future directional indicator.

Net Net, I expect the decline to resume either Wed or Thurs.
