Hi David - Thanks for helping me in the past. Rogers Cable is definitely aware of the problem now. While I was talking to one of their techs last night, it took him 1 1/2 minutes to log onto the SI site, and he was on a fibre-optic line.

But the speed today is awesome, I actually thought that maybe they did something already. But you're also telling me that it might not last? :>((
