What do you make of the 80 October 22.5 puts that look like they were sold at $14. Also, we had 80 October 22.5 calls at 1/4 (probably a buy). Can you tell if these transactions are related?

This person stands to do quite well if PAIR moves up.

Am I seeing this right?
