Has SEG touched bottom already?? Looks like a break out is imminent from the "short term" downtrend. It hit resistance intra-day at 18 9/16. Then it closed above the resistance level of 18. I think we might see a short term spike into the 19s or 20s. -TechM Slightly longer term resistance is around 22 or so..

Raptech; Makes sense. I still believe that the bulk of all the short covering is finished. The volume today was over 1 billion. A record.All of the specialists were gorging themselves by covering shorts and taking profits. However, there were a lot of little guys in there too. This portends a positive future for fall and winter. The market makers have reversed position, overall. This doesn't mean we can't have another big down day but it's not going to last too much longer. They have shaken a lot of stock loose. William Epstein
