I agree Sam. We are here for the duration. The company knows that the SB10 is priority. Lets hope we see it this or next week.

Hi Sam, in response to your statement below:

"DGIV has been around for ten years. Be patient. All stocks go through tough times."

Sure, DGIV is going through a tough time right now, and I think that part of the reason is that they have not released the 2nd quarter financials that were promised. When you give someone a deadline, like "by the end of Aug." if the deadline is not met, then you should give a reason for the delay. The stock is down partly because of the market but partly because DGIV has been so tight lipped about information. It gives the impression that they have something to hide. As a result the stock price is getting punished. People say they want the stock to go up on a nice even pace to keep out short term traders, that can only happen if DGIV sticks to its promises and acts like a responsible up and coming company. The lack of financials by this late date is no doubt a major part of the reason the stock has slid the last several weeks.

I am still holding long, but can't figure what is so critical about the grand scheme that the financials can't be released. Even if they look really bad, the stock seems to have priced into it worst case scenario. Have a good one, all.

Mark
