Yes, I understand that the stock may have been reflecting a false perception. However, what remains is that IBM will be a source for royalty revenue as the company enters full scale production of the SOI chips in 1999. IBM is no small scale nitche market player. The recent news FROM IBM was of their wholesale adoption of the SOI technology across their entire next generation microchip product line. The resultant royalty revenue stream for this small cap company has to be rather significant. Plus, royalty revenues are like software sales. e.g. low fixed cost. low overhead.

What I was wondering is if you feel that the new revenue stream from IBM royalty payments would not be priced into the stock until after they are reported as quarterly income, or if you simply feel that they will not be that significant. And of course, I would be interested in your justification.
