that was before AMZN's own underwriter said the stock was overvalued, even AFTER the recent selloff. and the questions of accounting irregularities related to one time charges for repetitive expenses, and then of course there was the bit where analysts recently lowered their earnings (well, loss) estimates by quite a lot.

then we've got the Barnes and Noble competition (or Borders or any of a host of others).

Oh, almost forgot, without manipulation and hype this stock would have never gone above 10 dollars? (still overpriced at that level!)

Take your pick. They all add up to NETSCAPE/IOMEGA/PRESSTEK collapses. Lots of people tend to think I'm right, you will notice that there is a 25 dollar premium for October 60 puts, something unheard of in options trading.
