Hi Judy, Chartcraft has many publications that are released on different time schedules. The foundation publication I get from Chartcraft is their Quarterly Options Chartbook. Included are charts for all stocks with underlying options. I also receive on a weekly basis the Chartcraft Options Service. This publication has all the data a person needs to update their chartbook including price moves for the week, RS signals, dates, Buying and Selling Climaxes, Technical Indications, new RS Buy and Sell signals, p&f charts of indexes and indicators and 9 pages of condensed notated p&f charts of stocks that had weekly breakouts one way or the other, Broad Industry Group Bullish % data and more. Chartcraft's flagship publication which comes out every two weeks is Investor's Intelligence which is a newsletter digest as well as home to tons of Chartcraft's unique indicators and commentary. I'll send you their phone number by private message and they'd be more than happy to send you free samples of any of their publications. They have many others that might fit your needs. You're quite right in noting that stocks that have Buying Climaxes often crater sometime in the not too distant future. Michael Burke has adapted the Buying and Selling Climax concept from Bar Charting TA and has simplified it to it's basic elements (high volume and a new 52 week high or low and finishing up or down for the week). It is often uncanny how often BC and SC's will coincide with a top or bottom in a stock. One group that had been having SC's in early to mid summer, the Oil Service group, has continued to tank and make new lows far lower than the prices where they had their SC's SC's have not called a bottom in these stocks. I suspect the next round of SC's that occur in the Oil Service group will prove to be the bottom. Just a guess though. As for my individual portfolio management,I only buy stocks long, and on rare occasion, will sell stocks short. I don't use options at all. You might find this ironic in that I get Chartcraft's Option services, however, the chartbook and weekly service I receive covers the universe of optionable stocks without reference to option strategies and so forth. I find stocks with underlying options to be large enough to cover most of my p&f research needs. For any stock that Chartcraft doesn't cover, I turn to DWA and print up their chart. DWA's "cheap seat" service has proven to be a great supplement to my Chartcraft services. Take care, Bruce
