MartyMan. It does appear that the Nasdaq has some common relationship with members of the OTCBB, which is the correct term. In the link you provided (thanks by the way), it says 'The OTCBB is a quotation medium for subscribing members not an issuer listing service and should not be confused with The Nasdaq Stock Market'. It still sounds misleading to refer to one's company as a member of the NASDAQBB, as the company should know better but this perhaps is not a very relevant mistake. All of the other reasons for concern have more weight in my mind. I finally sold half of my holdings today because I have little faith in the company at this point, but who knows? I took the half and bought SQSI, a nutritional software services company with the same number shares outstanding as GNNX, but selling for 20 cents. Their story sounds more believable, growth is strong, they are the market leader and they are working on servicing through the internet. I hope for good things for both, but wanted to spread the risk a bit. Good luck to all. Ted
