All he needs is a regular 9 pin chord. One end goes to a modem the other to his asshole. With this simple, basic set up he's able to communicate with me all day long on SI. I can't even imagine his powers if he did buy a PC. I'm sure he'd perfect the smell and touch cards very quickly.
