You are right, Mr. D, no one expects a profit when they are building up a network. However, they DO expect financials. And it's not sooner than we think, it's actually much later than we thought! With the market swinging back up, the timing would be Excellent to release financials with a view toward becoming a reporting company in the very near future. Without it, no one will take this company seriously. With it, and with that proverbial "patience," we will succeed. IMO BUT....time is running out.

As investors in DGIV, we are all expecting the sb10/financials to be officially filed in the near future. I don't expect the numbers to be great. In fact, given how we are just "taking off", the numbers per se are not at all important. The KEY event is the official filing itself. Why? It will give the company the CREDIBILITY needed to establish itself. Furthermore, it will give INSTITUTIONAL investors with big bucks the chance to do their DD on DGIV and to officially invest in DGIV. In fact, many "institutional types" may already know about DGIV but because of their rules/charters, can't even invest in the company until it has officially filed sb10. I would expect that they will see what we have already seen in DGIV and will start to invest once financials are officially done. I would expect the share price to rebound with this kind of buying after the official filing. Again, the numbers by themselves don't matter....it is the OFFICIAL filing that counts in attracting institutional investors.
