Timeline April 29th: The Optionable Bullish Percent reversed down from 72% and that puts this short term indicator in Bear Alert status. The Percent of Stocks Above Their 30 Week Moving Average reverses down to Bear Confirmed status. The Percent of 30 moved above 80% in October 1997 and then fell below 60%.
