Good point. But, on the other hand, he stuck his neck out (flip- flopped)and said there was an additional 10% (I am probably off here by some) on the downside when the bull market of late has had only 10% maximum declines. I'll give him a Brinkerhead Tee Shirt for that one. The question is will it make any difference in the long run because he has to make the right call as when to get back in the market. Tax consequences are also an issue.
