Tilton would have to do a 115:1 reverse split to get to $4.00
Does that make sence?

No it does not and if I may add: With only 40 mm o/s, that level of reverse would reduce the shares in the float well under the million shares that must be in the float to qualify for a NASDAQ listing.

Talked to Tilton today.We should be seeing news on the Sea Eye Project and on the 4 mil shares that are being canceled within the next 2-3 weeks.(probably the week after the holiday)
